Corporate Debt Restructuring, Asset Recovery, Bankruptcy & Suspension of Debt Payment

We also represent clients, whether as debtors or creditors, in bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) proceedings before the Commercial Court, including drafting composition plans and acting as curator or administrator, in accordance with Indonesia's prevailing bankruptcy law.

The forms and stages of representation include: Investigation (accompanying clients when examined by investigators such as the KPK, Police, or Prosecutor's Office to ensure human rights and legal procedures are upheld); Prosecution and Trial (developing a defense strategy, providing representation at the Anti-Corruption Court, and ensuring the defendant's rights are not violated); and Prevention and Risk Mitigation (carried out by legal institutions or state attorneys within government agencies to prevent administrative errors that could lead to corruption).
